Installation Instructions
Just unzip the package anywhere and run RemoteViewer.exe
Please note: this app doesn't have any purchased signature from Microsoft, so you will probably see "Windows protected your PC" warning preventing you from launching the app, you can bypass that by clicking More info and then Run anyway

Installation Instructions
Open the .dmg file using finder and either move the app to the Applications folder (to install it permamently) or simply double click it to start it
Please note: this app doesn't have purchased certificate from Apple, so you will probably see a dialog preventing you from start the application. You can bypass this by opening System Settings, going to Security, scrolling to the bottom and there you will see option "open anyway"
If you want to control remote instance of remote desk, this is enough, however if you want to share your screen on this system, you will also need to add RemoteDesk in Privacy & Security in sections Accessibility and Screen & System Audio Recording
Basic Usage
Just launch the app and share the session ID with the remote support operator - they can use it to remotely connect and control your PC.
If you want to try the app out, or if you want to control your own PC, download it on both computers, on viewer click "Stop Sharing" and instead enter the ID of remote side and click Connect.
